page 1 of a digital comic depicting vash and wolfwood from trigun. it's a reimagining of one of their last conversations from the 1998 anime. this first page doesn't deviate much from canon, with the dialogue of wolfwood saying, "by the way... i only know you as 'the stampede'." (during this part, wolfwood's face is obscured, as he recalls vash in silhouette with his glasses reflecting the light of the moons) he continues, "i think you can at least tell me your real name." to which vash replies, "no way. i'm not gonna tell you just so you can go out and get killed today." wolfwood retorts, "now don't be stupid. tell me". different from canon, though, is how wolfwood smiles sadly while saying this last line
